The protection of your personal data is of special concern to us. Therefore we process your data only on the basis of the amended legal terms (DSGVO, TKG 2003). With this privacy policy we would like to inform you about the most important aspects of information processing as part of the usage of our website.

When contacting us via email your given data will be stored with us for six months, in order to process your request or in case of arising follow-up questions.  We will not pass on this data without your consent. If, in case of an inquiry a contractual relationship is established, all required necessary data to fulfill the contractual relationship (contact informations) will be raised and stored on the grounds of  lawful authorisation.
 

Storage of log information
Our website records a range of general data and information each time the website is called up by the person concerned or by an automated system. This information is stored in the log files on the server. The following information can be recorded: the browser types and versions that are used, the operating system used by the accessing system, the website from which an accessing system reaches our website (known as the referrer), the sub-sites that are controlled via an accessing system on our website, the date and time when the website was accessed, an Internet protocol address (IP address),  the Internet service provider of the accessing system and other similar data and information that serves to prevent hazards in the event that our IT systems are attacked. The use of this general data and information does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the person concerned.

Utilisation of cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files which are stored via your browser on your terminal divice. They will not cause any damage. We are using cookies to create more user friendly choices. Some of the cookies will stay on your terminal divice until you actively delete them. They allow us to recognise your browser during your next visit to our website.

Our website uses functions from the web analysis service:

In addition we are using cookies which allow the analysis of the website´s usage through their users. The hereby raised data will be transferred to the provider´s server and will be stored there. You can avoid this in setting your browser to not storing any cookies. We have completed an according contract with the provider for order data processing.

Your IP adress will be recorded but promptly (f.i. through deleting the last 8 Bit) pseudonymised. Thus only an approximate localisation is possible. The data processing ensues on the basis of the lawful terms of § 96 par 3 TKG as well as section 6 par 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO. Our concern in the sense of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offers and our website. Since we value our users privacy the user data will be pseudonymised.

Right to information
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, the right of withdrawal and the right to object. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection laws or that your data protection rights have been otherwise infringed, you can make a complaint to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority.
